Mail supplies - Things I need before I can post
If you’re using Royal Mail services, there are some particular mail-related supplies that you’ll need. Here’s how to order them.
- You have a Royal Mail account or use a franking machine, so you need certain products, like stationery, bags or posting and despatch books, before you can post with us.
- You’ve run out of one or more items of equipment and need to order more, such as:
- Mail sacks
- York containers
- Meter pouches for franked mail
- New PPI handstamps
- Bag labels
- Posting cheque book
- Despatch book.
- When you open an account or new service with us, we’ll automatically arrange to send you all the equipment and stationery you’ll need.
- If there’s been a delay, or if you’ve run out, you can order your mail supplies online and we’ll get your products to you as soon as possible.
