If your item has been lost, damaged or delayed then we’re really sorry and here's how to claim compensation.
- We want your mail to arrive on time and in perfect condition, but sometimes problems can happen.
- Sorry but we can’t track Recorded Signed For™ - First and Second Class, and standard parcels during their journey, so it's really difficult to find out what happened.
- We're really sorry but we can't accept claims where the problems were caused by another postal operator or third party.
- If your mail is lost, damaged or delayed, we’re really sorry and you may be able to claim compensation. If you have an eligible claim then take a look at our compensation table.
