A timely promise
We promise to deliver within 15 minutes either side of your chosen delivery time. If we fail to deliver on time, you’ll be refunded that day’s fee** (this excludes failures resulting from Industrial Action by Royal Mail Employees). If Royal Mail fails to provide your timed delivery within the delivery time window, you may ask for a refund. However, this request must be made within seven days of the failure occurring.

** Royal Mail will not pay compensation or refund fees paid when circumstances beyond our control prevents us from delivering mail at the allocated time. These circumstances may include exceptionally severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism and vandalism and acts by third parties with whom Royal Mail has no contractual relationship.
